The beach at 1:21 should be the Stanley Main Beach, as the retaining wall behind is still exactly the same, with the little tower on the left. The building is different though, as the current apartment seems to be from the 60s.

I thought consul Iskandar Ishaq lived at Repulse Bay. I haven't been in Hong Kong for twenty years, so wouldn't know its present status.
