I have established an unbreakable long term relationship with their music 92-02. I was a huge advocate of them throughout the nineties and up to the release of the album, "What doesn't kill you".
From what I've pieced together, the trauma caused by their van accident has inspired revelations of the religious sort within key elements.
They've since taken on far too many pop and mainstream qualities. And by mainstream, I mean they could play the 700 club.
so the record company offered u guys an ultimatum. so u did it. great. n how can u say n especially the singer, how can u say that the stuff from the past is not as much of a 'song' as the new stuff. but, i guess if u say 'oh some of the candiria fans are gonna say blah blah blah disturbed blah blah' then that willl get the rest of ur loyal fans on ur side when someone like me tells u that i know what u guys r doin and i dont like it.
CANDIRIA is one of the best musical groups I've ever seen live, and it was in a small, cramped, crowded, sweat-filled club somewhere in lower Manhattan.

Their devolution still saddens me.
