This Christmas is very important to my family. Next year both myself and my father will not be home for the holidays. He works in Northern Alberta in the oil sands as a truck driver and I will be on a study abroad program in Germany. His employers will not be closing down for the holidays next year and flights from Germany are really expensive. My wish is that my family could be together next year for Christmas.
