i don't know guy, i got a bit of a beer belly too and i think its amazingly ugly. i don't mind it if anyone else has it, but when i look in the mirror, i just wanna run and get rid of mine. maybe i've been programmed by the media to get a flat stomach/6 pack, i don't feel confident having a big stomach, i've been running a lot and made some progress recently and i have stopped drinking beer too. just my 2 cents...
