  • Very impressive

  • Was that thew theme music to the next Duke Nukem game?

  • I kept expecting the elastic to slip of the guys foot and hit the other guy in the face.

  • OMG THANKS SO MUCH MY KICK IS MUCH BETTER!

  • this all looks good

  • Love the kicksounds :D

  • Is that Idra?

  • what's the kick in 0:20?

  • If I wanted to buy a dvd, why would I be looking at youtube videos?

  • are you an exhibitionist?

  • @MTcryton well go in search look christopher beato and cristian carrasquillo

  • nice ass

  • Why in my class of karate don't stretch pls reply me that's normal

  • @gaby80ist that does not sounds normal, but i dont know, i never tried a martial art lesson myself.

  • @gaby80ist That is definately not normal, any martial art class should have stretching. when I took karate we stretched and now In mma class we stretch quite a bit as well

  • @gaby80ist Even in ving tsun, we stretch a lot.

  • As awesome and as powerful as his kicks are, which they are, for 3/4 of those roundhouses he was kicking with the top of his foot. There are an incredible amount of bones in the human body. That, is how you break a good number of them in one fell swoop. A great collection of drills and stretches though! Good resource.

  • very good

  • fuc*king perfect kick

  • see, In a street fight no one expects you to kick their teeth from their mouth

-Tae Kwon Do black belt :D Nice power and speed brother!

  • i am JKD black belt in India and as a fighter i respect ur training and the kicks and ur performance :)

  • @Rastgoy Lol, what? If that's true, you didn't learn real Jeet Kune Do passed down by SiGung Bruce Lee through Tuhon Dan Inosanto. Jeet Kune Do doesn't use a belt system, it's a Chinese martial art, there are only levels.

  • Just so you know, you will need martial arts training, not just videos. But for help, these vies are awesome

  • for those of you who know nothing about karate or tae kwon do. this guy knows exactly what he is doing. this is coming from a black belt karate instructor

  • This dude is badass! What rank is he?

  • your all actions looks silk smooth and perfect.. :)

  • Are Bruce and cung your idols?

  • can't wait to see a ufc fighter using like these.

  • nice video - thanks for the workout idea. whats your martial arts background?

  • kicking is so underrated

iam going to use to surprise some fucks who want to jump me

  • DAMN! pauls kicks are powerful like hell :O

  • I've got a question, I can't keep my leg up for too long only for like 2-3 seconds because my butt and the side of the leg hurts I don't know why.. =/ Any suggestions? I also learn Wushu for like a month now and I really need to improve my kicks but I can't keep it in the air.

  • @denisbarinovx if it's a problem that is only recently occuring, it is probably due to the extra stress on the muscles. Your muscles are telling you that they are tired and need to rest. Take a day or 2 off to allow the muscles to heal. You may also lightly stretch the muscles to help them relax and heal faster. RICE is also very effective for tired and sore muscles (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) Good Luck.

  • @LudlowPK Thanks alot for replying =] I think the problem is that I'm still not flexible enough, because when I keep my leg in kick position against the wall then it doesn't hurt even if I push it even higher but I can't keep it in the air =/

  • @denisbarinovx if your talking about raising your leg and resting it against the wall, keep in mind that when you do that, all of the weight of your leg is now on the wall, rather than relying on the strength of your muscles to hold it up. This type of strain im talking about often happens in beginners when they are told to do a kick say 50 times or 100 times. What happens is their muscles aren't used to this type of stress, and are therefore fatigued the next few days.

  • @LudlowPK Yea thanks alot mate cuz I'm not really good at human body and stuff like that so you really helped me out there :)

So is there any exercises that can help me to raise my leg up without any pain?

    Thanks alot for replying =]

  • @denisbarinovx yep, no problem. The best thing to strengthen your muscles for specific activities is to add repetition. if you want to be able to do certain kicks with better form or for longer instances, you just have to keep practicing them (50 kicks each leg every day is a good start, just make sure you work on quality more than quantity, as soon as you start to compromise your form, slow down or stop. It's not a race or a set number, just a place to start, adjust the number as needed)

  • @denisbarinovx also remember that by working out the muscles, you are creating microscopic tears in the muscles. When you cut your skin, you have to give it time to heal up. Your muscles are the same way, you need to give them enough time to rest and heal up, this will make them stronger each time. If you need any more help, feel free to ask.

  • @LudlowPK Woot! Thanks alot! I really appreciate your time there!

I'm going to practise now then :D

    Thanks again :)

  • what martial arts do u guys do?

  • 1:30 now that's what i call a hook kick

  • damn that dude is fit foreals

  • those were some kick-ass moves...but was the music necessary?

  • wow! it can be said as a scientific training in martial art~

wonderful !!!!! i think it is the utimate way towards perfection!

  • dang those kicks look next to perfect. ive been working on mine too. i take mma classes. but i still need alot of work

  • Got to his forum PaulZaichik (.) com for more help.

  • @adamS8ter Simple training suggestion, kick through, not at. Like, say you're target is the leg, and you come at it from the outside, then the target you want is the space on the inside of the leg. Using this mentality you can "Kick through" the leg because you aren't aiming for the leg, you're aiming for the space, the leg is just in the way. It's something my master taught me when I took his real world tae kwon do training courses.

  • I want to see this guy in a cage. His kicks look deadly. I know he has knock out power in his kicks.

  • In the cage. lol That probably won't happen. Although his strength and flexibility helps in grappling too.

  • Nice kicking demo.

  • Thanks for the comment.

  • if you have full splits..you can learn kicks in a snap and just practise

  • Kicks in a snap? You mean fast?

  • finger snap...yeah fast!!

  • This is easy man

  • You can do a basic kick at a high level or an advanced kick at low level.

  • noooo way man.... I can do advanced kicks pretty good. This guy has to show more advanced kicks....His kicks are good BTW but I want to see more...

  • i like ur kicks bro,any advice on how to hold out ur side kick

  • Although I am not Paul Zaichik, we just put up his videos. I think you should practice slow side kicks to be able to hold them up.
