I also saw Ray in Toronto last night. The show was spectacular. He performed all of his songs with passion and spirit. This guy needs to stick around for decades. He's a gift.

I agree, more people need to discover musicians like Ray, and Iron and Wine, its a shame when so called "original" bands, like staind or hinder, are selling out stadiums, while Ray is making great music, and generally being ignored.

Thank you so much for posting this!!! I can't wait to go see him live in Oct!! I wasn't sure the style of music it would be since his first and second cd seem to have completely different styles, with the second one having a much more mellow sound, but he never ceases to amaze me (and everyone!) with his talent!!
