I would suggest that you need to reload your whole programme - since there is an error going on. it certainly should create your form. Or better still dont use the wizard for forms. Just go into the design area and make up the form yourself. it is much easier to do it that way.

Ok thanks. I reckon that Access can be the most difficult of Microsoft programmes. Any help that can make it easier is therefore useful. I use this programme for my students. Anyone else gets it as a bonus.
