Have you tried to using a microsd larger than 16gb? Will a 32 gig one work for this model?

Do not trust anyone selling a brand new piece of electronics on Ebay that retails for $150 to $200 for only $15. That is a scam, that is not a really good deal. You have to use your head sometimes. Maybe if this was a 10 year old PMP that they were selling as damaged or used, but not brand new. You can't believe that anyone is legally selling this V9000HDA for only $15.

I'd really love for Ainol to come up w/ a firmware upgrade on this V9000HDA to allow me to load MobiPocket Reader on it. I read ebooks on my Blackberry all the time. I read txt files on my OS-72HR w/ a screen like this V9000HDA, but txt readers don't have word wrap so some of the words on the right hand side of the screen get broken up. I understand that Chinese PMP probably won't upgrade their txt readers but I'd love to load MobiPocket reader on this.

Thanks for the review. I already have a Nationite OS-72HR and this would be a great upgrade for me. I'm stuck trying to choose between this Ainol V9000HDA, the 4.8 inch V6000HDT, the 3 inch "Bumblebee" V6000HDK or the huge 8 inch P810. I like the fact that this screen is really good like my OS-72HR.

I got mine for about $15 16GB touchscreen from ebay also, can't wait! I just need a case and maybe a 16gb MicroSD and then I will double my space to 32GB!. This actually looks like it reacts well to the touch and also the screen is made by Samsung. For $15 I cant complain, now I have to wait maybe 20-30 days to arrive from China lol.

very nice video review. i honestly didn't know it could do all that. I order 3 of them 3 days ago.. I actually spend less than $80.00 for all 3 of them at 32GB each... but i will have to wait til i get them. ps.. I got to ebay, so.. things could happen.. i have been scam b4 so, be careful and buy at your own risk (like me). but shipping is $12.99 and the device like $4.00 and above, the highest I paid was $23.00, one at $7.00 and one at $5.00.. I just hope I get them soon. I will post video 2..

@swed702 Awesome, I will wait for your video, I purchased another 32GB Ainol Last night for $15, then I went back this morning to ebay and they have all been pulled off. I guess they were losing too much money on every sale lol. The only other ones on ebay cost about $159+. Oh well at least we got one! Hope they are the real Ainol player and not a fake one.

Hey Razz you said that the V9000HDG is pretty much the same like HDA expect the 5.0inch. But my only doubt is about the viewing angles on HDG are so crispy and perfect as the HDA?? Cauz I remember you said in the video of Bmorn that big screens normally dont have the all 4 angles perfect. Sorry my poor english, hope you understand. Greetingz.

The 3.3" Zune HD and 3.5" iPod Touch have smaller screens with a lower resolution (480x272 and 480x360 pixels respectively, 800x480 on the 4.3" HDA). Meaning they're not as detailed/sharp. Mainly noticable on subtitles and such. The Zune HD does have an OLED screen, which has beautiful colours and very deep blacks.. In darker situations. In terms of colours, Zune HD. In terms of size and sharpness, v9000.
