It happens so randomly, it won't happen for about a month, and then it will start going crazy! So frustrating! I unplugged the receiver with all devices connected off as well..... So far so good, but I doubt it will stay like that, onkyo support was no help at all!

Experiencing same thing here with pc hooked up via hdmi to the receiver in an Onkyo HT-s5400 system. Please post if you figure anything out.
