people who use vista and share a computer and are not the administrator

right click on the icon and click 'run as administrator' (note you'll need the administrator password)

and it should work as it did for me.

@LikexAxSerenade I had the same problem, I dont think it will be that much of a problem. I would click the administrators permission. I think whats really illegal, is if you are using the program, and you are selling your work without having bought the licensed software. Most people just make stuff and put it on youtube. If your projects are not for profit, there shouldnt be a problem.

@xXSunakoNakaharaXx did u download wrinrar and utorrent cause when u do go to the particle illsuion download in the sidebar and download it and the when its done open up utorrent and right click and see the folder then do the setup on the left and make sure u dowloaded the right particle illusion 3 0
