  • I have abilities at drawing, pero di ko maintindihan bakit di ko masyadong mavisualize yung naiisip ko... ano po bang pwedeng gawin para makapagdraw ng design n gusto ko.

  • muy buen trabajo

  • @moaichido: gracias! :)

  • .architecture is hard..you have to consider a lot of things imaginable while creating your own design..this is great job.^^

  • whoah!- i love the piece :)

  • @suzainnevhie24 thanks! really appreciate it :))

  • Ar eyou looking at a photo or is this from memory/ from imagination? Regardless, the video is helpful.

  • @marcusalbertthomas, hi marcus, just from imagination actually... its an exercise i usually do, you know, like sketch "whatever comes to your mind at the moment"... it really helps especially when designing forms and facades. anyway, thanks for watching the vid :)

  • I wish I could do that. Nice music too.

  • @marcusalbertthomas, thanks man! glad you liked it. :)

  • Amazing!! I've watched some of your other videos as well and i'm really hoping that with enough practice, i will be able to draw and sketch like you. I'm really awed. Great work!

  • @starz2shine, Thanks so much for watching my videos. I'm glad u liked my work. Hope one way or another, these will inspire you to pursue sketching/drawing/architecture. :))

  • Idol, ano masasabi mo tungkol sa reformat ng design subject? Alm kong kailngng respeto decision nila, pero prng hndi nila dpt gnawa un e db? Saka kpg licensed architect ka na ano mga requirements para kumuha ng master plumber's exam? hoping to hear from you. Thank you very much. More power

  • @gamemazter2080, sorry for the delayed reply... mejo mixed feelings ako jan sa decision ng BOA to adopt the non-drafting design exam. my advantages and disadvantages din kc. mas objective na ngaun at mas mraming bldg types ang covered, and ndi mhihirapan sa pagcheck ng exams (na prone sa error at very subjective) - 1 tao lng kc nagchecheck ng 400+ na design. on the other hand, xmpre bread and butter ng arkitekto ang pag-guhit, pra 2loy madali n ang exam kc pipiliin m nlng ang sagot. :(

  • @gamemazter2080, and by the way, ung sa master plumber na exam... if i remember correctly, ang requirements lang are NSO birth certificate and TOR na may tatak na "for board exam". advise ko is to call up PRC or visit their website for the exact req'ts kc bka may dinagdag cla...

  • my board exam din pla ano...

    mhirap bah?!

kc im planning 2 take BSARCH..

    i can draw nmn..

    any advice?!

  • @012unknown12

yup mron board exams ang arki. actually, kahit anong board exams may kahirapan din. pero xmpre depende un if gusto m tlaga ung subjects and bibigyan mo ng time para mag-aral - marami kc kelangan pagaralan.

advice ko lng, ang bs arch hindi lng puro drawing and arts. pero of course advantage mo un if magaling k gumuhit. mrami din topics like history, law, construction, engineering, tska management. pro gaya ng sabi ko, if hilig mo ung course, im sure magugustuhan mo kahit mahirap.

  • hey really cool drawing. im in high school right now and im about to take an internship course on architecture any advice u could give me.... or any one else could give me. is it really stressfull and worth it?

  • thanks! to be really honest, if you love what you are doing (whatever course that is), any amount of stress would not really affect you. being an architect is REALLY stressful, but it depends on what type of work you are doing. The business/money would be good, if you know how to work around with people. Architecture is not just about drawing houses or buildings, its ART plus SCIENCE and BUSINESS. I hope you will enjoy your course as much as I did!

  • wow top 1!! can u make a tutorial ung perspective for AR board exam? tnx..

  • hi! sorry for the late reply :) i'll try to make one if i have time hehehe... uhmm... which particular area in the design board exam would you like to learn?

  • master puppet..the best song from mettalica

  • wow nice. love your style =D

  • thanks for viewing! glad you liked it :)

  • gogogogogO ! i never tried drawing against the time limt for myself .... because it will end up worst than parti sketches haha =D in fact you can buy a wooden board measuring just bigger than A3 size by few inches ... is good and light act as a base haha its free when you search in the workshop!

  • hi! thanks for viewing :) you should try timing your sketches yourself. its fun and you'll learn a lot. there are many sketch techniques that you can experiment on and you can time which one is faster or slower to do. i haven't tried the wooden board thing though hehehe... maybe soon! have a nice day! :)

  • Good try for that speed, practice more the architectural way please find the book of Francisco Velasco's Rendering you can learn from his style. You can be a good architect in the near future.

  • hi! thanks for the comment! i will look into his works and try to gain as much knowledge as i can in improving my craft. have a nice day! :)

  • the best song!

  • hey man awesome vid!!

question:when drawing a house, should i use a ruler or just by hand to do the straight lines?

i want to go into architecture and ive been practicing but i started to wonder if i should use a ruler or hand.

  • much thanks man!

i strongly suggest you hone your freehand drawing skills rather than using straight edges. using a ruler makes the drawing look "mechanical" and "stiff" as opposed to using freehand which makes the drawing more "loose" and "expressive".

remember, you don't have to make your lines straight when using freehand. in fact, there are some techniques where in the more crooked and "nervous" your lines are, the better.

plus, its quicker to do freehand than using mechanical tools.

  • thanks a lot for answering my question!! i really apreciate it!!

ill keep practicing my hand drawing!!

  • hey man its me again!!

question: when drawing, should i place my paper sideways or it has to be straight?

  • hi again! you can position the paper any way you like. whatever is most comfortable for you. the paper need not be fixed the whole time you are drawing. you can turn it in any direction even while you are in the middle of the drawing process. :)

  • astig. wala akong masabi talaga

  • salamat uli ianeureka :)
