Excellent use of frame of reference. The walls and camera were actually moving, and the chairs were fixed to the walls and released to make it seem as though they were moving, while it was actually just the room around them sliding across a gray floor with no reference point.

There was a documentary about this video that explained that the room was built on casters and the floor was painted a flat gray so you wouldn't notice the floor as the walls were moved around. The blood leaking out of the wall was also suppose to gush out but a hose broke on the pump and they ended up flooding the area outside the room instead.
