@moneywatch or anybody... I feel like my technique might be out distancing my setup. I have a sort of standard Century heavy/speed combo. Can anyone tell me how important these items are: The swivel, the stability of the mount/thickness of mounting board, size of the bag, inflation level of the bag should be maxed? Any help is much appreciated.

I just started working on it and hired an ex boxer for three lessons on speed bag training and the proper way to hit the heavy bag. I figured for 100 bucks it was worth doing it along side a pro although these videos are helpful. Good luck guys....and girls
