He seems like a nice & modest person. It figures, considering he didn't really start making it in film until he was 30yo. That can be humbling. Damn this is the fist time i've ever heard him talk outside of a movie. He's always a bad-ass in his movies, so hearing him with the tiny bit of a finesse in his voice was crazy. He had great things to say though.

Great advice: YOU HAVE TO HAVE PRODUCT. So true for any career goal. Just don't sit around. Do it even if you don't get paid. Get the experience. Its amazing that someone from Hollywood actually had something worthwhile to say and not just promoting some lame movie or patting themselves on the back for linking up with a charity to clean up their messed up career.

yeah, he gets a lot of flak and I've even thrown some at him myself, but that was just me throwing cheapshots like everyone one else because it was easy. At least he doesn't bore me with his acting... not always.
honestly, I respect the guy and even more now if it's true he never got paid as an actor until he was 30. give credit where credit is due.
