How to fix the dtunes error "Download failed. Could not start saving file."

I accidently changed the parent file's ( home screen of Dtunes ) name and I lost all my songs but then got them back using ifiles but now I have the download failed. Unable to save file prob. How do I get that window that looks like the iPod screen at the beginning of the video? Thanks

@theecko101 yeah are you using the safari app? safari doesn't download anything, use filer to download movies, shows, ect. I actually recommend getting unlimvideos, it has like every show and movie and its all free.

@brookieKXP I downloaded filer from installous, its like Dtunes but better in my opinion. It works for 4.0 and 4.1 from what i have used. Hope it helps and if you want me to teach you how to ssh into your ipod i can show you

i have a 2nd gen, mc model, running 3.1.2 jailbroken with blackra1n. i have dtunes installed, and was working properly. the problem is now that i have downloaded one torrent, every new one i try to download goes fine until i run the ./gettorrent command.

Then i get an error "could not bind on port:51413 address already in use"

how can i STOP the address from being in use, so that it is available for a NEW torrent????

i have tried running the killall -u command, the killall -cmd, help please!

THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN! my laptop messed up so this was the only I could get songs into it. This was a great video. You should upload one or tell people that they have to SHH first because I had to look at another video to get that information. But other than that really well done.

@vintageblass dtunes does not work well on ios 4 so what you need to do is go to installous (something that gets you free apps) i have a video on it, and search downloader, that is basicly the dtunes replacement that i use it works great, yuou should definatly get it

Can you make a video telling people they don't have to go through this trouble you can also do this from your iPod in ifile just go to the downloads spot that you said then tap the blue arrow on the downloads file and scroll down untile you see user=root. You want to change that to mobile then your done
