@pinkglamgrrl At 2:16 it's Frollo, the villain from The Hunchback of the Notre Dame. At 3:42 you see Ratcliffe, the badguy from Pocahontas. (...) Yeah I know the names by heart xD

Yes every halloween there is this kind of parade, with obviously some slight changes every year

I didn't know they had Halloween in Europe ..... I thought it was an American phenomenon ..... My dad used to soap windows, tip over cows and outhouses in Iowa in the early 1900s .... ????
