I'm living in Seattle and my neighbor's dog barking every single days. I called Seattle animal control many times, leaved messages, turn in the violation records keep follow up for fucking several months. Finally, they sent an officer down to talk to the neighbor, but the dog still there keep barking like nothing happen. I'm totally pissed. It's a pain to the ass procedure of the Seattle animal control.

check to see if they give the dog food and water or if the weather is bad if they bring it in if not call animal control. after a few times the dogs may be taken or given a fine. as for the noise late at night call the police and they will be given a noise citatiation. as for the dog crap call the animal shelter/control agagin and tell them it is making you ill all the time and not sanitary for the mutts

I don't care about the barking. I'm just still trying to figure out which is uglier: the front, the back, or the whole dammed dog!

In fact I just heard yesterday about a guy who was breeding and training them to dogfight. They had broken out of the fence and all spilled into the neighborhood like puss from a cyst. Police had to shoot 8 of them and the rest were captured.

It sickens me that in Man's hands the majestic wolf has been bred into something as ugly, misused, and pointless as this.

I have not yet been to court and waiting since August, I keep contacting animal control and stay in their face. I won't give up until they do something. I did refer them to my video post and the filthy mess the dogs made in the yard and I was asked to send photos of the dog Crap in their yard ( to Animal Control). I took another approach and brought in Health issue into the equation and asked if the Health Department has any jurisdiction over this matter of Health Hazard.

How the hell can they ignore that, if you can hear it even with the doors closed? I agree with your view that the law needs to be stronger on this..it needs to defend the victim. Like btrhmsgrdns said, any good neighbour simply wouldn't let that happen or if it did, they'd remedy the situation. Whatever you do here I would do it as a collective rather than on your own. If all else fails the whole neighbourhood should bang on their door, then they'll know what they are dealing with.

Unfortunately I live in a neighborhood of many dog owners who keep their dogs outside during the day but non Bark up a Storm like these 2 dogs right next door. Animal control needs to do something about this nuisance because I believe I am not alone and there are hundreds of thousands of good people suffering with the daily dog bark coming from their neighbor's yards, disrupting their lives ,violating their right to peace and quiet in their own property.
