please help! :'( my hair was dyed a dark brown violet and i recently had some highlights put in but they came out a ORANGY and brassy color! awful! i want to do a toner to help take away this orangy color :'( i have a wella t18 silver lady toner but im not sure how to apply it. do i apply it all over (even on my dark brown violet hair) on wet or dry hair? or do i just apply on the highlights? the box says to mix with a 20% volume peroxide is that right? please help!

@Sindybello09 i used of course bleach 20 volume for the highlights and watched them closely till they got the colori wanted and a 7 on the whole head now you have to watch because everyones hair is different!=o)
