MrLads13: 1st the comment about hg40 never been to jail; I'd say that makes her SMARTER cuz she obeyed the law. 2nd I live in so-cal and though some judges are corrupt, this one seems to be tired of bending over backwards and being disrespected by some girl (around my age too) with a superiority complex who thinks she's above the law. 3rd hg40 said nothing about our legal system being perfect! You try to make her sound stupid, but trust me, ur doing the opposite!

honestly, what a fool. I just don't understand why she doesn't get it! She and I are basically the same age and the concept is perfectly clear to me without ever having been through the criminal justice system: Do what the judge tells you to do (ie. grin and bear it with completing "unfulfilling" community service) or go back to jail. IDIOT!

@heartgirl40 , you're calling her an "idiot" when you've never been to jail? Also unless you live in L.A., you have no clue how corrupt the judges are. The USA has 3.2 MILLION of it's citizens in jail! That's more than China, Russia, Iran, & India combined! Take note that China & India each have 1 billion people, while the USA has 310m. That should tell you how screwed up our court system is. California has a 3 strike law that sends shoplifters to prison for 25 yrs. Does that sound "free" to u?
