@MetalSkullRobotics No. My comment informs people as to the level of information to be found in the video. Your video doesn't even serve a purpose at all.
@TheIronSavior My video could be useless to you, however, for me it has purpose. I uploaded this video to share my modification with others on the online community. That's what Youtube is for, sharing stuff with other people. That you don't find this video informative or useful is down to you, nobody asked you to watch.
@MetalSkullRobotics why don't yo give a brief description of the processes necessary to do the mod?? This video is just as useful to me as imagining my DX7 with backlight. Why not share with the community as I am sure others would like to do this mod as well....
@JaSeY963 Have a look at some of the popular helicopter forums, there ar a couple of topics dedicated to explaining how to equip your transmitter with a backlight.
Great, but could you at least share the info how to do this? :-s

Nice mod!
Haven't seen one that shuts off after 16 secs. That could be more beneficial than constant. Thanks for sharing ;)

Hi there, what parts did you use to make this backlight? And how did you solder/connect it all up inside the tx? I want to do this for my Dx7 aswell.

I wrote a small program for a Atmel Attiny13. It should be possible with a n555 timer.
