@thedroidpeople scroll down to launcher pro in the apps from the menu button and then click on the app, dont uninstall the app but scroll down to the bottom and go to the last button(i forget what it says) but tap on that and then press the home button and it will ask what home you want to use and you can pick beetween launcher pro or the droid x default screen.

@MrSAINTSFTW that's called a launcher... a launcher is your home screens so when u put a different launcher such as launcher pro, its a whole new set of home screens

You have to re-do all the apps on your app pages.

You can go back and forth from the original homepages with home switcher (its free)

I just put on launcher pro, 7 home screens and put the giant clock on twice on each homescreen, its fun having 14 over sized clocks

You can switch back and forth with the program called (home switcher) in free in the market. Let me know it this helps :)

Hey man kinda off topic, but what do you use as your main portable media device? Cause I have an iPod Nano and just got a Droid X today but android based phones aren't too friendly with Macs/iTunes so I can't sync everything as easily as I could per se with an iPhone. But there's also streaming radio apps like Pandora, Slacker, and Last.fm so I might just keep iTunes for music on my MacBook but stream music on the go. What do youu use mainly for portable media?

Its not really hard to sync at all, if you want me to make that a tip i will. and i just like the all in one feel, also i use iheart radio alot! I sold my ipod touch when i got this phone because its my new "ipod"

@AndroidPhilip Yeah I like the streaming for music like Last.fm, Pandora, Slacker, etc. but do you have a Mac? Cause I downloaded DoubleTwist to sync my iTunes with my Droid X but I couldn't even get barely half of my songs because they are DRM protected so are only allowed on Apple devices :(

Just hold down your home button and you will get the quick launch box pop up and then just click your home icon and you will be back to your normal home screen

@TDP... Lighting, as in stage lighting. Good lighting helps to emphasize your subject. Good white balance, even tones (no hard shadows), warm colors all help flatter a subject and hold viewers visually. You're obviously comfortable with the device (more so than many of your older counterparts) now it's all down to production quality. Don't worry about the HD camera now. Get yourself a couple cheap lamps and a proper background. Then when you go to HD ... POW! Eye on the ball! :)

If you want to change launcher pro as your default launcher, go to settings --> applications --> manage applications and scroll down to launcher pro, open it and push clear defaults near the bottom and that should allow you to set your new default launcher.

instead of you having to uninstall it go to the market and search for home switcher its free in market and you can switch between all the launchers that you have including stock launcherthe best way to organize your launchers let me know if that helped
