You can't. If you start a new game, you start all over.

You have to progress far enough in the storyline and you'll get the ultra-batclaw, which can tear down walls.

On the 'zaasz is counting on you finding his work' one, I can't get inside there, I've completed the game. Do you have to go into the actual building ti get up there or is there another way?

I believe there's a security gate control on the wall just across the door, but I can't remember. If there is a security gate control, you will need to upgrade your cryptographic sequencer, so you can overload the boxes over greater distances. But I'll check it out tomorrow and come back to you.
