@Razorshroud Yeah, agreed. The production quality on this album really wasn't that good... The guitars are WAY to loud, drums very skinny, synths very flat, bass..... where the fuck is it? Vocals are recorded amazing, but really... this album could be SO much better, .. they should def. rerecord this with Wichers's twist to it.. could be great!

The songs on Sworn have GREAT potential to be they're best songs in my opinion, but some songs sound like they've been recorded in a rush

Speaking of STAGD and nobody's mentioned The Pittsburgh Syndrome yet? Damn, who the hell here actually likes old Soilwork? That one song was the last decent melodeath/thrash song they put out. Everything past STAGD was either whatever the hell this song is, or whatever the hell The Panic Broadcast was, lol. Both good but definitely not the usual run-of-the-mill melodeath.

well, soilwork has some of the best songs ever, all of there albums before this were amazing all around, but this album seems to be EXTREMELY epic around only a few songs. i,vermin breeding thorns and this song. so i say its ALMOST as good as there other ones, at least its better then panic broadcast.

@whispersihearyour Dunno for sure, but it could be Dirk Verbeuren's wife, Hannah Verbeuren, she does photography, and she could have designed it. I LOVE the Panic Broadcast album art. If you're into album arts, check out Dream Theater's album arts, they're awesome

from the rest of the songs on this album as it is the ONLY song that sounds like the lyrics, vocals, and instruments fit together to make a good song. And it is a good song, which is from my observation far and away and completely distinct from every other song on this album which to me, sounds like forced crap that does not compare to good soilwork songs.

@Soulfulshreddify Yeah yeah.. 20 more miles has a catchy chorus. but the rest of the song seems forced, unnatural, and just boring. Sounds as if they wrote some lyrics, played some guitar, and try to create this shitty amalgamation that just isnt the sort of high quality musicianship found in songs like the chainheart machine or skin after skin, or even song of the damned. This is overall, just bad soilwork. Sick heart river stands out(cont.)
