As said by Luke, Mustang v6's are more rice than either of these cars. 7-7.5 0-60 in a Mustang vs. 5.5-6.5 0-60 in an Eclipse, both V6.

hahaha... I own a gt and have taken out a srt 2 different times with no problem. Once from start and once off a roll. They're ok cars, but wont beat an v6 eclipse. Just do the research or go race an eclipse.

You must have went against some crappy drivers because the major auto mags tell me that a v6 (3rd gen) will do 0-60 in just 7 seconds while the srt-4 will do it in 5.3 seconds.

06 is 4th Gen. They're considerably faster with a 3.8L while the 3rd only has a 3.0

Also note i think the 4th Gen is capable of 0-60 around 6 seconds or maybe a little faster, and that's bone stock.

yeah. I own an 07 eclipse GT. SRT-4 is faster than us with matched drivers stock for stock. That guy in the eclipse definitely ran right after the SRT slowed down to match speeds before the race. then he continued on his ricer flyby like a dick and laughed...

If you pay attention around 16 or 17 seconds..u see that the brake lights lighted up..the SRT-4 shutted down....that srt-4 would've beaten the eclipse...but with a lil work, the eclipse could switch that around...lol
