Thanks for the nice video. It shows much of what is installed by dealerships can be installed by most any home mechanic. You used the special tool to install the Rivnuts. l installed the Rivnuts by using a box wrench between the Rivnut and bolt, inserted the Rivnut, tighten it with a ratchet. I installed lighted running boards and a full roof rack on my GF 2012 Pilot in about 10 hours. Dealership wanted to charge her over $2100. She bought the OEM parts from E-bay for about $800.

Very good tutorial and beautiful Running Board , very nice design I am not a professional, I don't know if I can install it myself but the video step by step shows it very easy, good job, by the way where can I get them? I would love to get this Running Boards on my 2009 Pilot.
