Yeah, I've read several different theories on pouring beer. I've been trying out the Mosher method recently. I think the style of beer should dictate the style of pour.
There are some good breweries in Vermont so you'll have to have Henry bring you some beers to review.

AAAAHHHHH Spring is so close, I went for a walk over Barry Island Beach yesterday with my kids and I nearly froze my nuts off LOL
