if you lean it to much the engine will get fried

it hot climates like where i live, if you run any leaner than that, engine temps are over 320F!! running that lean, it would stay at about 290-300F.

Hi guys, sorry i havent replied for ages, i just though i would say that it was tuned quite rich because when it got to about 1/2 a tank it would begin to lean out, so it starts off rich and then gets leaner.

air leak. I had 3/ 2.5trx motors and they all leaked. even after sealing them with silicone.junk it and get a os 18 or 21.

no leans is mean like it runs faster when its lean but you have better chances of not damaging the motor if its rich

No trust me its just a tad rich on the low speed but the high speed as far as smoke goes looks right. Have to see the plug to know for sure. A bog from mid to high throttle is rich on low speed.

It seems that he just started the truck before starting the camera. as you can tell later in the vid it starts to pick up. You should run your max so it is rich untill it reaches operating temperatures

Nice vid. try leaning the mixture out a lil. Also try lowering the idle of the entire engine. Once done, your truck will be bad ass. if you have any questions, just drop by a mess. I have 5 rc's all together. i know how to tune. thx.

the high speed sound pretty good, maybe turn 1/16 turn clockwise to lean it, but low speed prolly, 1 or to eighths of a turn clockwise, possibly more, its gunna bog like hell if u leac it like that
