umm well download the file and then

take all the contents of the rar and place them in the root of the memorystick and then

go into recovery mode on psp (TURN ON HOLDING "R" BUTTON) and then scroll down to plugins and press "X" and activate them all!

and then it should work when u start the game automatically it will pop up

Well it is pretty simple just download the files...

then there will be a a folder called cheat put that in the root of ur memorystick

then put seplugins in the root of your memorystick(if it asks to overight say yes)

and then your done just go to recovery mode and go to plugins and enable everything and then you are done when you start VCS it will show you all the cheats

Well did u download this yet?

and if so then copy the folder named "cheats" into the root of your psp and copy seplugins to the root aswell

and then you should be done then

go into recovery mode(turn psp fully off then turn on while holding "R" and then go down to plugins and activate all by pressing X on them (or there myte just be one)
