Yep... Quake 2 = Sonic Mayhem, Quake 1 was NiN... Probably hard core fans know this, but did you guys know that id software honored NiN by putting the NiN logo on the machine gun ammo in quake 1? (that bolt machine gun or whatever)

the 2nd quake is the start of the humans v.s. Strogg its weird becase quake 4 is the 2nd part of it. I guss the first quake was to test there new 3D stuff. I dont know whats with number three though. But still A verry verry verry AWSOME game... LOVE IT!!!

I completed q2 effortlessly on Hard. Same as Single Player q3a on Hardcore, with several maps done on Nightmare. I must admit that q2 mission packs are hell more difficult than the original!

for those who didn't know, the music in the background is the original soundtrack for Quake 2. The composers are Sonich Mayhem. They also made some of the soundtrack for Quake 3 Arena as well. Btw, the engine is awesome! gonna download it after this review ^^

Building a 95 machine? wholly uneccercary, Just use compatibility in XP to run it.... works better with the increased resources aswell.... I even got a BFG mod.... Soooo purrty
