Another point Jon then I'm done. He was charged by the FBI for two bombings at US embassies and in connection with the suicide attack of the USS Cole. The FBI said there was no evidence to charge him with the 9 11 crimes. You can be charged with a crime before you are in custody. If he was brought in, he probably would of walked due to lack of evidence for 9 11. Now he is dead and at the bottom of the ocean along with the truth.
