WOW!!! You have no idea how long I have been looking for this song!.  I was stationed at Carswell AFB way back in the day and on my first night in the dorm, I heard this song on my roommates "record" player. Thanks so much for posting. I can not find this track on CD anywhere...

I feel you!

My younger brother had this song on a mixed tape in '88 & neither of us knew who was singing this song. I checked all the groups albums for it: Levert, Today, Kashif, you name the group and I've checked. Man it's been 20 years & I'm just now finding out who sings this awesome jam!

And yes...I STILL have that old ass mixed tape, because of THIS song! God bless you lasbeur, for this post!!

This album was never shipped on CD; only cassette. If you know anyone living in the Washington, DC(WDC) area, have them go to Roadhouse Oldies in Silver Spring, MD. They may still have the cassette. The whole thing is awesome.
