  • @mariano26788 shattered the whole guitar with one finger

  • @mariano26788 his name is johann sebastian Lee ;-D

    @ tominthertn : great playing !!

  • @ThrashRoC MOTHER OF JACKIE CHAN

  • SUZUKI!

  • Can't you see he's a man

    Let me hear you apploud

he is more than a man

    he's a shining golden god!

  • Well done!!! Bach sounds so awesome on the guitar!!! Please keep posting because your're good!!! and may I add good looking?

  • It's actually not surprisingly hard and I'm 11, so if you play guitar, try it.

  • God, you are so hot...

  • not the best performance i've seen but it's still much better than i could do and it was pretty good

  • WTF that right hand looks 1000 times bigger than her left. relax it.

  • Hey buddy, you can give me the sheet music, please?

  • Gratz, keep up the good work...

It is good to see people talented like you, playing beautiful songs like this one...

  • what can't the asians do?!?!?!

  • Cant you see hes the man!

    let me here you applaud

he is more than a man

    hes a shining golden god!

  • -E minor for sure,

-i know you've probably are tired of hearing this but yea you gotta relax your right hand a bit, your pinky should not lift like that.

-you played it well, i would prefer hearing it a tad slower so that some parts don't sound too "chopped up" or unclear. also slowing the tempo down will give some time for the listener to enjoy the rich harmonies and bass passages that are taking place.

    -good job overall =)

  • one word

    AMAZING!!!

  • try it with 134 BPM .... ooops .... please ....

  • thank you , that was very good

  • great man , but you need to work on the tempo a bit , your timing is off sometimes

  • Lovely them and very well palyed. Thanks for sharing it. :)

  • i keep hearing classico by tenacious d

  • Erra nas mesmas partes que eu...

  • Male or female? I can't tell. Nice playing - sheman.

  • Quite buff to be playing Bach.

  • Oh I love this song, it's so musical. It makes people smile when you play it.

Ya I agree, it is his easiest piece. If you want to play one of his more difficult songs, try Air on a G string.

  • Minuet in G is quite easy too

  • pinky is awful in right hand

  • i've seen better one but this is also good:)

  • OK! But remember to practise it real slow - every time.

  • es una pieza dificil de interpretar

  • Nice done

  • I like playing both at the same time, knob.

  • this song was super easy after playing paganni's 5th caprice.

  • @handsofmercury

i played asturias when i was 14, but i still can't play it now. there's a difference between playing the notes on the sheet and playing the music. record what you do and upload it, i'm curious

  • i actually learned it from a tab yngwie gave to guitar world magazine. i hate to give the i dont have a camera excuse lol but sadly i dont... :( but jason becker plays it the same way but faster obviously.

  • malmsteen. that explains alot. in my first year i played electric i used some technical books malmsteen wrote. he's the best at technique. but hearing him play bach is like drinking sour milk. malmsteen is the fastest and most non-musical guitarist ever. there's a difference between playing the right notes and playing music

  • no lol i mean that he tabbed out paganni which is fast paced so it works haha. but bach i tabbed myself. and alot of yngwies songs are really good, great note choices.

  • How difficult would this be to a novice at classical?

  • it is very, very hard to play. don't try to play this piece as a novice cause you will be frustrated very soon ;)

    start with some easy songs!

  • yeah that is hard to learn but still it was first song I learned...

  • ivespent a good 4 days so far trying to get the first measure down; regardless, bouree is accomplishable! :D

    have faith in yourself!

  • @GetBackJack123

this is the only playable song for guitar novices bach wrote. all the others are way to hard. but i played this one at my 6th year of guitar (age of 15)

and that's the average age to play this bourree. so if you think you're ready, give it a shot, but don't be inspired by this guy, cuz it's not very good

  • Yeah, I'm about 5 or 6 years into guitar, but pretty new at classical and fingerstyle in general. Anyway, I'll give it a go! Thanks and peace.

  • really? i can play a couple bach songs and im on my 2nd year as a player. mind you i practice almost 24/7

  • shoudn't be too difficult. It was the first classical piece I learned.

  • yes, it would be pretty difficult. try learning just the main part without the bass notes (octaves)

  • A very nice rendering. Take (even) more risks.

Comme la paix; Thibaux the Tiger.

  • haha almost the same reaction i see ^^ but well maby you are right ;)

Btw well its not special in my opinion but you did well ! 4 stars :)

Keep going with the good work !

  • pfft, like you could do any better

  • good job :)

  • if its hard to play or not, this is a wonderful piece and everyone who likes to play it has my full understanding in this point.:)

  • yes simple percentage definitely

  • yes c 'est definitely but it there as just the end which is vandalized

  • It's a fung song to play on the bass (Tull's version).

  • Nice , but put them guns away : P

  • scusami,,,io penso ke korri troppo...e quindi questo ti porta a sbagliare....sarebbe mejo un po + lento e suono + pulito...=)

  • i really like this song and i've een practising it for a long time but i still can't finish it jaja

is there a tab on the internet that contains the "fast part" you play at 13 seconds??

    i can't find it :S

    thanks anyway !

  • It's just a passing tone similar to the one at the start of stairway to heaven

  • very very good! congratulation!!!

  • WONDERFUL!!!

  • very easy but you need practice and be careful whit the time

  • very easy? i dont think so. it isnt to hard i would still like to see you do it

  • you can play the full suite? i don't think so. you are very pretentious

  • I can do it with my nut sack strapped to to a high speed moving car. Its not easy but with a little practice it can be done.

  • Eloquently put, Eddie! Could possibly keep good timing, so long as the car ain't going too fast!

  • And about the pace, I think it's actually perfect..

It enhances the Baroque feeling about the piece, if anything.. You might consider plating closer to the bridge (ponticello).. All depending on what feel you want to get out of the piece! ;)

    Beautiful, maestro! :D

  • Good playing! ;)

Altough, one of the points you could somewhat easily improve is right-hand tension. That means, you need to teach the hand to relax while playin the strings..

I had the same problem learning Las Abejas, which demands a lot of relaxation. I asked my guitarteacher at my High School and my guitarteacher at the conservatory about it.

They both suggested practicing the pinky, as they saw it as my main problem.. I played scales and etudes for pinky-improvement..

    It worked wonders!

  • RELAX...

Not bad at all, but, you seem so tense.

The problem could be on the pinky...

  • hi i can play it and its not hard to play i have learnt it for one year. little bit slower please!!!

  • very well played...though i think maybe you should play it just a little slower so as not to make any mistakes, still i play this Bouree but not as fast as you can, and i make mistake also, as this is a very difficult bit of music to play, and requires lots of practice...thanks for posting

  • Well played!

It's hard to get it all right in one shot. Some MINOR mistakes here and there, but overall, it was great! Excellent job on this one!

  • cool man

  • Relax your right hand men! Well played, try to relax when your at it

  • well played well felt

  • very robotic version... played well tho

  • i think it still needs a little practice but "robotic"? did he played with a faked smile to the camera? Well played indeed.

  • I totally feel ya! I grew up Japanese and I remember there were pieces where I played and someone would ask me, "how did you feel?" I'd say, "Like I played it well." But it was clear that I wasn't emotionally connected to the piece. I was just trying to get the technical aspect of it. I had to learn to perform later in life.

  • Sounds nice, I don't slur some parts as much as you do, but each to their own!

  • I learned only the melody notes of this song (because I'm not that good at fingerpicking), and I use lots of sliding in it.

  • You did a relatively good job, only thing I noticed was you went out of fret a couple of times, but those are normal mistakes man...

And i'm sure you got better by now, seeing as how this video was posted a while ago.

  • Good stuff! You played it well!

  • the prelude is one part of the suite, the bouree is another...

    different things!

  • everyone plays this without the prelude

The prelude is the best part of the song. pus there is beggining part to the bouree that everyone overlooks.

  • your little finger

your pinkie is not in place XD

  • haha that's the only reason i want to learn this song, so i can play 'rock your socks off!'

  • flammablice: It's good to learn a couple of classical pieces. Rock stars like Bach and Mozart were geniuses. Also, I reckon you'd gain the respect from the older generations if you'd play this instead of something by Metallica or whatever. May the classical sauce be with you!

  • jajaja

you look very happy at the end =)

  • I want to learn Bach...:)

  • I'm learning this as well. Nice job! You certainly helped me out.

  • Technically very good. But aren't you a bit out of tune? It sounds like the sixth note from the beginning is slightly off.

  • nice job dude

  • excellent! but you need to stay more relaxed

    saludos!!

  • be relaxed

  • That is Excellent

  • Thank you for all of your nice comments.

  • isn't it in E major (not minor) >??

  • ..........

  • I think it's E minor. I have several transcriptions for this song and all of them are written in E minor (one sharp as a key signature). It's true that C, G and D are often sharped, but I guess it's more natural to interpret this song as E minor.

  • @tominthemtn hello, great job. keep up the work. the song is definitely in e minor, but the use of the 6th and 7th are due to the use of the melodic scale i believe.

  • @tominthemtn hello, great job. keep up the hard work. the song is definitely in e minor, but the use of the 6th and 7th are due to the use of the melodic scale i believe.

  • no its minor

  • @Mpublication Its definitely e minor

  • @Mpublication It's E minor.

  • that was very good.

  • lol a focus face

but that was the first song i've learnt and i just started 4 months ago...and i know how to play mood for a day ^^

  • 4 months? i bet even fernando sor couldn't play this after 4 months. You might be bullshitting or just a freak of nature talanted and practice 6-7hours a day on the same piece.

  • its not that hard you just have to cut the song into pieces and repeat it like do di da..do di da..do di da and then the next part da de do..da de do..da de do

  • Not to shabby. Good job.

  • haha look at your mouth

    i can play this...but a bit scratchy but still i'm only 13

  • A little more strength into the strings, it was good!!

  • bueno el ritmo y el tiempo estan bien pero es una cancion en contra punto asi ke debes ensayer mas la segunda voz

y tambien tienes mucho errores al principio y al final practica eso

  • Good version. Try to play it clearer and give more strenght to bass and it's perfect.

  • Is this in the abrsm grade 6 guitar book?

  • omg, when i saw the thumbnail of this video, i though "OMFG, a girl playing bourree!", and yes, i lmao with the liu kang comment lol

  • lu kang!!!

  • LOL!

  • Fatality!

  • hahaha

  • If you spent any time looking at thing, you would know that Bourree actully means 'Slow dance' duh!!!

  • asta donde yo se la melodia se llama bourre en mi mayor, bastante bien asta el final algunos errores que nesesitas pulir pero bien

  • Correct version, but some little errors. Still working!! ;).

  • ITS TOO FAST! play slow..its how its suposed to be!

  • I read it was meant to dance on it, a good rythm ;)

  • actually, A bouree is a quick, lively piece in cut time.

  • f^&%^&% greensleeves

  • hiiiii

  • Eta mulher machona!

  • uahsiuashdiuahsd isso ai nao eh macho nao? auisuhasduias

  • great job man, 5 stars. check out mine :)

  • Some parts were kinda messy. And what the hell has happend to ur lil finger of ur right hand. :S

  • My right hand pinky is just fine, but I fractured my left hand pinky and it's still inflamed.

  • Well played!

The only tip I have is to remove your right hand pinky from the guitar face. It's a bad habit that restricts movement.

  • Thanks.

Actually the right hand pinky is not on the face. It looks like this probably because I'd had a habit of fixing pinky before I switched to the classical guitar.

  • thats notbad mate but i would slow it down n clean up all the areas then u can gradually speed up

  • not perfect, but not bad

  • You're very good. Since i'm a complete beginner i can give you no advice other than to get a haircut :-) ...unless your hair gives you your power like Samson or something.

  • all musicians get their demonic powers from their long hair.

    It's science.

  • hahahah.

    love it

  • great job! sounds good, but the pinky on your right hand could use some work.

  • very good, you are great keep playing :D

  • Good job! once again, your left hand looks very good . . . if you don't mind a bit of advice, metronome this piece at 60 or less . . . it will drive you crazy, but you'll reap the benefits of an incredible technique . . . once again, your left hand looks very good.

  • Thanks. I'll try.

  • Good job.

    congratulations.

In fact is not an easy piece, it is hard, for me, the hard part is the timming and how articulate the phrases.

  • Not bad! This piece is actually not that easy to play, as you would think, but you do a great job. However, your pinky tents to point out a little bit, and that is something you can work on :) - Just a tip.. How long have you been playing?

  • Thanks for your advice. I've been playing for three years.

  • beautiful!

  • Thanks!
