Beging is iligal in thailand.. the government do help people with homeless and there is no need to BEG. Near my brother house, they even built a small house for a homeless man in his village.. NO NEED, stop give them money!
He made a good living out of this, he trawls Sukhumvit road all day every day... all those first time tourist drop in 10 to 100 baht... a normal person makes 200 to 300 a day he makes almost 2000 a day...
That sucks so much! The worst part of it is there is really enough money out there to help everyone in the entire world out, but the governments would rather spend it on other things.
