  • I love how you Deleted the name Desmond then Retyped it in.

  • This isn't for everyone, but if your always near your router, and have awesome connection, it isn't so bad. They have $10 / month deals, with 100's of games to beat, i say it's worth it.

I get where your going with the PS3 purchase, but some people want to have something cheaper, and the system might be optional, if you want to play it on the TV, but it'll be dumb to have to purchase the console, if you have a completely good rig.

  • This is a really good idea, too bad it kinda lags for me (I'm on wifi)

  • what the point of paying the games on onlive with the same price as console ps3 and 360 if you need a good connection,ps3 just need a disc with the same price.

  • @TheAsyrafbadrul Well, you can pay once and play the game on your PC, tablet and phone? That can be a big deal for a lot of people you know. For me, I'll have to wait till I get a better Internet connection =.=

  • @hoangbv15 if you need a better connection, dont get this coz onlive is probaly need a 200mbps connection rate

  • @TheAsyrafbadrul You mean 3.

  • @TheAsyrafbadrul 3mbps is ok but 5mbps is recomended.

  • @TheAsyrafbadrul yes but you cant take a console outside.

  • @andrewjones1977 actually you can,ps3 got a portable hdmi tv that uses a 10 hour long lasting charger, and sony have a new ps vita so it does work outside.you can bring an onlive console out side, but you still cant bring the monitor outside.

  • @TheAsyrafbadrul about the tv its bullshit as it doest exist and onlive works on my phone.

  • @andrewjones1977 the tv exist /watch?v=k6eoTGfRrSI so if you dunno, dont act like youre know about shit.and who the hell play a game like ac2 batman cod or battlefield on a tiny phone screen.pls use your brain

  • @TheAsyrafbadrul i have a sony erricson xperia play so now who looks stupid. ps i know a damn sight more than you and it clearly shows here.

  • @TheAsyrafbadrul lol that is huge and it wont take off these never have, if you want a mobile gaming device get a smart phone, psp, ipad2 or a 3ds not that shit, i can just imagine waking into a pub or mcdonalds with this under my arm lol not, give me a mobile device anyday.

  • @andrewjones1977 dont change shit and say psp,3ds,or ipad 2.you jus said phone.and phone to be used as onlive is just dipshit.

  • damn everyone is riding sok213's dick.

  • It seems to run much faster than the version you get on steam. I like it!

  • 2 mega Internet runs games without lag?

  • @lucasdasul2411 no lag but the resolution isn't very good--it'll be high graphics and everything, but it'll look like you're watching a 360p youtube video....

  • i'm not buy this fake consolle.

  • i need a onlive console badly

  • 8:53 made me die laughing haha XD

  • Bandwidth caps will keep allot of people from considering this over traditional gaming.

  • check mine!

  • What does your internet speed has to be like to play the onlive games?

Like, if I want to play the Assassins creed or something like that? Is the graphics affected in anyway?

Will the graphics be the same on the Mac Air?

    Cheers

  • @Nachalo756 minimum 3mb, no graphics will not effect video imagine as watching hi def video. it dont matter wht game u watch. mac air is good enough

  • I don't get it. so... what do you stream, the videogame image (like streaming a film) already procesed? The Data and then the small console process it? Or what? :S What porcess the data?

  • @JordiClaramuntp It like streaming a movie from netflix. The servers are running the game and there is input lag on controls, you press a button on your keyboard and it gets sent to the server happens in the game and then is streamed to you. The input lag is like 100 - 200 ms but is still noticeable.

  • @kparker798 Thank for the answer, I just can't imagine the server that they have to own... this machines are processing hundreds of videogames at once... well... at least is what i think! XD In a few years with the sistem depured this can be a HUGE step in the videogame industry, thanks for the reply again.

  • my name is darkgc

  • i have a onlive acount add me

  • i prefer buying a 250 dollar playstation 3.

  • @sok213 Yes, OnLive isn't a console, is nothing! ;-)

  • @sok213 i prefer buying a 1000$ dollar pc

  • @raketenDK well, i wish i had the choices you had.

  • Comment removed

  • @sok213 You are the BEST!!!!

  • @sok213 i prefer buying a 300 dollar xbox360.

  • @killdaDJXx i guess you also prefer to buy 250 dollars worth of required add ons for the system that the ps3 already has. hahaha dont start a console war now..

  • @sok213 your right we dont need to start a console war because evribuddi knows xbox is better

  • @killdaDJXx sure,

  • Ah man i can watch youtube in 1080p without waiting to load but onlive after about 20-30 secs it dies and tells me the connection is fine but the video spazzes :(

  • Why do people expect stuff so soon. This company has been on the market for a year. Still in it's beginning stages. Let's complain about graphics. Subscription is cheap versus gas. Everything is cheaper. Even the games are cheaper may not all of them but eventually. This company has alot in store so give it time. Send comments but don't jump up and give it all negatives.

  • imho 3mbps speed require is TOO much. i can watch youtube bideos @ 640p with my 75 kb / s internet connection. COME ON!

  • exposed97 that's the point of this, it's a choise: if you like having a gamee in your hands, you could do that, or, you could be smartM

  • doomfreezzer61 that's just the game, if you buy it for xbox360 its the same

  • HOW MANY GIA BITES DO U NEED TO PLAY

  • @MrJosh105 it doesn't download games, it streams the games over the Internet, u need around a 2-3Mb/s connection. Onlive is gonna change pc gaming!!

  • @ThaGamingBeast you can pay 10$ a month to play 60+ games or pay the game at aa cheaper cost then the games in stores and its yours

  • i wish i'd discovered this a month ago when i had an internet connection of 10mps. Now I'm back home and my 1.5mps isn't even enough to open it :-[

  • @danielspital UHH me too i hat e having a 1Mbps connection, i tried this at my friends house, its sooo cool!!!

  • @fattygamer94 I think the worst thing for me is that I have to watch youtube videos in 240p cos it takes too long to load in 360p. So lame!

  • you gna paly in the baby looooooool

  • graphics look pretty decent

  • does this demo have a time limit

  • @lilblamem every demo has 30 mins :P If you buy it i think there's 2 options: a month or a year.

  • @lilblamem yes unless you buy it

  • HORRIBLE GRAPHICS

  • @doomfreezzer61 does it have wwe games?

  • I think the onlive thing needs a download option to store your games :)

  • @sin545 you don't need to! :D Every game you buy is stored in your account, just as your saved games!

  • what the hell this is assasin's creed 2 . FUCK NO!!!

  • @steelekou it is the starting level

  • lol she has duck lips

  • @ThaGamingBeast yeah. U have to buy the game.

  • Funny thing how they tell about Black projects and hidden agendas thru Media, Art imitating real life, I've found that if u wanna know what's on the horizon tech wise, u can usually see it beforehand being announced in the movies or video game industry. Screw watching mainstream Media, I now know that acceptance and disclosure of whats been done or gonna be done always passes this portal first.

  • Pretty innovative concept, like no physical disc costs, or issues with scratched discs, besides the costs of buyin it loading it or finding it, it's there already, my issue is the subscription costs versus the disc costs, To buy a disc u gotta burn gas, go to a store, wait in line, then purchase, that ratio to online buyin needs to be addressed, IDK, what would come out cheaper, the console guys just might try and blackball this if it really catches on with consumers. Wait and see.

  • Load times are excellent! Graphics are pretty decent too! Highly impressed

  • I've been looking around to see if my suspicion is true. It looks like they didn't bump the graphics up much for this game on Onlive. Some games look better than the console counterparts but this game and a couple others don't look as good. Unless the PC version itself is at fault, but Onlive servers can do a lot better.

  • thumbs up if you put this in 720 fullscreen and thought you were actually playing this :)

  • 0:58 - 1:04 ??? LOL

  • I played tha AC 2 demo on the PS3 and you can't even compare those graphics with this... this is like PS2 graphics...

  • @JohanLindhe AGREE shitty graphics compared to PS3!

  • how did u record this ?

  • ummm im thinking about downloading onlive but i dont know if i should...

can someone give me some advice plz?

    thanks

  • @jpknockout10 Well id say download it because you can download it for free and demo it

  • are 7040 kbits per sec, 50 ms ping and a FRITZ!Box 3170 WLAN enough to ues it

  • doesn't it lag ping-wise? is the responsiveness of the controllers good?

  • The graphics looks worse than console, I think I'll stick with PC and console. Cloud gaming is not ready for primetime.

  • @awdrifter3 I think its ready, everything has to have a starting point and this is it. although i do not foresee myself ever using onlive (not interested in it). i will stick to my pc and consoles.

  • @awdrifter3 They are worse, but if you have a computer which will not run AC2, ACB, Homefront, etc. such as macbook, this is the only way to run them without lag

  • @awdrifter3 But one day it'll be destroying any other videogame technology.

  • how much is this thing worth ?

  • Would anyone recommend this?

  • Etzio!ETZIO ADETORE AFIRENZE!

  • do these games cost money or do you download them because i wanted to get this system and wasnt sure to buy it or not plzz reply

  • @MalhiCreations you can rent or buy them and when you do that you dont have to wait for them to download! i got this thing on my laptop and its sick cant wait till more games come out on it! :D

  • does it have achievements or trophies or something???

  • @KIDSKOMMITMURDER no not yet they r working on it

  • not to brag or anything but ive got 50 mb connection

  • @D2010N Every human beign deserves a 1gbps connection...and one day we shall have it :)

  • @digerpaji we do have it some people have 10gbps at home... but it like in eqroupe, korea countries like that

  • @digerpaji and at that time it shall be obsolete

  • Comment removed

  • @TheNuclearpolitics 1gbps connections are possible as of now, but the internet companies want to establish their monopoly, and highstorage have nothing to do with speed, we will not have 100000TB on local computers as only a few gigabytes can practically be used at a giving instant of time, so the cloud will have 100000000000000000TB's and we will be able to access the instant 1gb or so any given instant

  • @digerpaji california is getting 1gbps in the next few years

  • @Gamesrock22 thats great news

  • @Gamesrock22 but they will be expensive, yes?

  • @arkonastriborg123 idk

    lets wait and see

  • If I bought AC2 on Steam, do I need to buy it again for OnLive?

  • i love that when you fight against somene you see white borders around them

fuck graphics, fuck new pc,fuck new generation of consoles lets just make all the games retarded like this

  • the only problem i c with onlive is when it comes to exclusive games. ya like xbox is really gonna give halo to onlive. its cool how the system works, maybe upgrades will be seen overtime

  • @bobfttw Yeah I agree but maybe they make some Exclusive games for Onlive in the Future. So far Onlive has partnered up with Mova, with that technology they can make some really good games. Just Youtube Mova if you want more info about it and what it is.

  • Wow, this is very responsive! I tried it and my "drops below minimum requirements" all the time. What kinda connection do you have, and what kinda PC do you have? I have a fairly good laptop with 10 M/BIT wireless connection

  • ps3 fans and xbox 360 unite we will take onlive to ground lol

  • Wow, the first console I see with a 99 buck retail value and no hard drive space required, I can play as many games as I want now, sweet. So yeah this is pretty cheap :P

  • Xbox360 is the best! Death to Onlive!

  • NO NO NO !!! CANT END THE VIDEO THERE?!?!? :D HAVE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENDS!!!!

  • how fast is ur net?

  • just get a ps3

  • @ps2player41 lets talk about the price:$99 v.s 299

  • @ultimatetoturial56 5+ years for ps3 vs maybe 1 1/2 years for the onlive

  • @ps2player41 how about the design and weight

  • @ultimatetoturial56 How About no membership BS free online + a web browser?

  • @ps2player41 how about the new or latest technology so it means onlive is a killer console and besides the PS3 is now 5 years old console and thts very, very old console compare to xbox 360

  • @ultimatetoturial56 Are You retarded xbox 360 came out 1 year before The Playstation 3..... or maybe I dont understand your answer/question

  • @ultimatetoturial56 The 360 is older than the ps3

  • if i play the monthly fee i can play anygame i want?

  • so how does this thing actually work

  • do you have to buy the micro console or can you play it on a PC/MAC

  • Do you hook this up to a computer?

  • @wesj1231 You can hook up to computer, or TV.

  • I don't understand how I went all this time without knowing this existed until td O.o

  • @PoLaRIV IKR! Apparently it's been out since JULY!

I just saw a commercial for it last night, totally getting this for Christmas.

  • 8:52 domestic violence much? lol

  • See how jumpy it is .......

  • I like onlive, but i can only see it as a side gaming system.

With it only working when you have internet connection... and you never have anything resembling actual contact with your game... it just has some issues for me.

  • the graphics are shit as compared to the 360 i have to say

  • @cof031va only you would care something stupid like that.

  • @cof031va Youre just a tool little dude. Keep making Microsoft rich!

  • Hello , i have a 4mbps connection , that means i download with 500-550 kbps , is it enough ?

  • The only thing I don't like about Onlive is ypu need internet the game isn't downloaded to the PC or Onlive console.

  • WTF the graphics look a bit crappy, on the 360 version this looks 2 times better.

  • @tlatoani3 Onlive can't stream full graphics. But you you buy the pc game like the disc it's the same as 360 i had it

  • @tlatoani3 its still being developed so it will get better. These are just a test.

  • @tlatoani3 stupidest comment on this video.

  • What's a PlayPass?

  • @etoangfavoriteko Like you buy a 3 day pass you have the game for 3 days and so on

  • w00000000000t i dont have to buy a 1k computeR! i luv you

  • does Onlive allow you to play games with good graphics with a crappy PC?!

  • @jpollorena yep.

  • that thing is gonna kill ur internet bills,if u don't have a cap.

and the graphic are on low settings, if u have a mid-range to high-end pc, that thing is useless.

  • @wildwolves8 I don't know about that, i got a decent PC and iv'e run Assassins creed 2 on high and than at medium and i got to say the OnLive Graphics are pretty much on medium to high settings, because iv'e put it on low and the shadows look like crap and in OnLive the shadows look like if it where on Medium-High all they got to do is just do a few more graphical tweaks and its gonna look really nice.

  • @deathlord619 its maxed read it

  • @kirasaviorkira Oh, i didn't know it was on max i knew it was on high settings because the shadows where crisp. I think the games look nice tho, i just hope they make the mouse a little bit less bubbly for the FPS games, but on Assassin Creed and Batman arkham asylum i can barley notice the bubblies even if i try to see it

  • @deathlord619 i just got it today and do not allow someone to torrent on your internet while playin it fucks it up ^^ but overall its verrry good I get switched from hd to standard to horrible ^^ mafia 2 is fun on it for sure

  • @wildwolves8 wrong they do not charge more in the united states. They have to send a notice prior to the advance and tell you to tone it down a bit the same bill for me and ive been torrenting for months on.

  • I saw this is not worth it, get a PS3, 360, or save up for a gaming Pc.

  • will it work with a 310kb connection

  • @jamesbo506 I believe that's way below the minimum requirements.

  • @jamesbo506 1.5 mbit/s at least

  • @jamesbo506 is that your download rate that means it will work

  • @jamesbo506 You need like 30mb

  • @jamesbo506 hahahahaha are you joking seriously my phone has a faster connection speed

  • @PhilipTheaker2009 ya at&t is pretty crapy

  • @jamesbo506 if you download at 300 kbs that is the absolute minimum for it to work.. but your gonna have crappy video.. i have a 400 kb speed and its decent but below quality.. im still gonna use it though because soon ill get a better connection and i love onlive i hope it prospers and if i dont buy games it will go under.. and people say they wont buy games because what if it goes under.. well it will if you dont support them.. so people who like onlive make sure to support them

  • @jamesbo506 holy fuck man upgrade seriously ..

  • @chadsenters00 You can't upgrade, it's Onlive's servers rendering the game, you only see the video stream when you use Onlive (this works way better than I expected).

For some reason they didn't turn the graphics settings up or something, as other games on the service looks fantastic, and AC2 is considered by many or even most to be the best one.

  • @jamesbo506 Maybe you should upgrade. I have a 1 MB connection and youtube is working crappily for me.

  • @jamesbo506 dream on

  • Does this 'gaming' service eat out yout internet? Because I have a limit of 50 GB from my ISP ...
