When I saw at Radovan's  fingerings it seems like if he was playing the concert in Eflat, but the concert is in D, for example the last note is A but He finished with the first key (second position) i wonder if somebody knows,,,,,,,,,,,,,??????

He uses a longer tuning slide which makes his horn a half-step lower. This was he can play in E-flat but the result will still be in D. The main point for doing that is to avoid awkward fingerings (usually the 3rd valve). It can be really useful for anything written in E (so you play in F), e.g. Danzi Concerto, Gazza Ladra, etc., or, as in this case, for a piece technically challenging for horn in D.
