Tim Tebow is a great person, but it's ridiculous the amount of hype he gets as being a below average QB. This season he has the 4th lowest completion percentage EVER in a season, but is getting more hype than Drew Brees, who has the most passing yards ever in a season.

Tebow is a guy who came in with everyone saying "no way he's going to get drafted in the 1st; no way he's going to start; no way he's going to win any games; no way he's going to go to the playoffs." And he keeps achieving each one. I think the media definitely goes full retard way too much after everything Tebow does, though. As for Brees: everyone expects a veteran like that to tear it up and his numbers and records have gotten plenty of attention.

@theCHR1Sg I did in my previous post. Tebow was expected not to be drafted in the 1st, let alone start, let alone get to the playoffs. His style of play was thought not to be compatible for an NFL team and yet it has worked. He's fairly new on the scene. That storyline is going to get a lot of attention. Brees is a veteran QB and people expect him to play well. It's really more a testament to Brees than Tebow. I think you're putting too much weight on the hype anyway. The media always does this.

People that focus on his Christianity instead of his terrible throwing motion and inability to throw a spiral are retarded. I don't like him because I really think hes pretty bad... What I've seen (aside from the Chiefs game) is that he is SO inaccurate that teams tend to do a prevent defense later in the game in order to stop the run game. He can't complete a pass to save his life in Man to Man because of his accuracy problems. Play man to man the entire game and hell get no more then 60 yards.
