This is from the 1975 movie Bugs Bunny Superstar. I used to watch it all the time when I was a kid. It's also featured on the Looney Tunes Golden Collection volume 4 but it's broken into 2 parts.

I REMEMBER THIS! Isn't there a part where there are B&W clips showing the guys acting out the cartoons they had drawn for fun out in the lot?! I swear I remember that part!
