  • @lbvedj dumbells mate include alot more outside muscles, triggering more growth, hammer is a real isolated way to train your front delts, mix it up, you will get great results this way, keep your body guessing and youll always get gains, pce

  • you clearly dunno what you're talking about, you have no idea if he's going through, or starting a cutting phase. and at through that period of time it is smarter to use machines, to prevent injuries or strain to the joints. cause the motion is under control and can hardly go wrong. So instead of trying to use free weights in the shoulder press for example, if he were to work until failure, it would be better to let the machine go back to its starting positon, rather than letting it drop down;)

  • What pisses me off with videos like this is that i want to see the guy working out...form, technique, variation of lifts, etc. I dont want to sit here and watch the guy flexing like a cock. Yes, you're a fucking beast...now share the wisdom!

  • no offense to dude but he does use machienes only..my girlfriend trains harder than this. I do not like this workout at all and me being natural there is no way i could grow off of 2 pressing movements..and 1 raise movement...if it works for him well great but this is way too much of a pussy workout to make most people I know grow.

And also, how is this a pussy workout? You think that he got that huge while doing no free weight heavy movements? Somehow I doubt that.

  • The body doesn't know the difference between machines and free weights. You think the human body knew any difference before weight training and lifts became standardized as they are? The body responds simply to muscle stimulation from lifts. So you could therefore go build huge shoulders by pressing a log up the air. The reality is, all people's body respond differently. Machines may do it for one guy and do nothing for the next.

  • Very well said. I cannot understand these anti machine guys. IF it gives you better stimulation/resistance use it. If a free weight does, use that. Dont be dogmatic. Do what it takes to suit your structure. Lots of pros sing praises of free weights but then always see em usin hammer strength. These are based on NAUTILUS leverage machines and were designed by Arther Jones son!! They are a nautilus machine without the stack but pros like em coz they can put loads of 45lb plates on. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you stand at the light switch and keepflicking or do it just the once? Training the same. U dont belive me, watch Dorian training.I love those who said u could not win doing HIT. LOL!! I love the guys who say they need more! Yes.. more intensity/strict form and if you do, you WILL start looking for ways to do less!
