  • IF u take a close look, most people would quit at 00.26, so wether he takes roids or not he's still has to work for those muscles. It's not like u just inject roids and BOOM ur the next Arnold. _Most_ roid users train harder than the rest. I'm not defending roids in anyways since I'll never use it, but if they want to use it then it's their choice. I just wish there was different bodybuilding competitions, those for roids and those for the ppl who are clean :/

  • i cant figure out what is best for biceps im always having trouble getting them to grow, is it better going for more reps and just pumping the bicep to oblivion, of is it better to use heavy weight and build them that way? tips any1?

  • @RINO92xxl As much bicep workouts as you do, theres only 2 muscles in the bicep(hense the name) working your tricep makes your arm actually bigger

  • yes i know this but i dont have a problem with my triceps they are growing at a good rate. but my biceps are stubbon, i will do 1 set warm up, 3 sets of dumbell curls 6-10 reps then 3 sets of 1 arm preacher curls both with the heavyiest weight i can manage and the next day i feel no soreness and see no growth, very frustrating :S

    dumbel 4 sets

    21 one;s 3 sets

    hammers 4 sets

    prechers curl 4 sets , once a week than you will see the changes . anyway next day you will have a hard time brushing your teeth.

  • try chicken breast and salmon for protein. but hey dont forget to get some fruits too.. research on anti inflammatory foods and include them in your diet as well. These foods help heal your body quickly. oh, did I mention that lean beef is good for you too? try that. and have plenty of rest

  • Oatmeal and eggs. Eggs ( egg whites every morning and evening and Oatmeal for breakfast also good before workout.

    Learn to cook, its easy: Eggs, fresh fish, chicken/turkey breast, tuna cans, beef, cured ham, milk, oatmeal, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, rice, some fruit, any kind of veggies, the darker and tougher to chew, the better.

    Eat very little/no sugar on a regular basis.

    Drink whey(or eat a big omollette) and eat sugary fruits(ie: bananas) immediately after workouts. Whey in between meals is also a good idea if you get hungry.

  • im at 5 percent body fat and i can assure you i dont look that i may have that vein, but its not that big and im no where near that thick cuz im 19 years old if i do any cardio besides basketball ill lose 10 pounds in a day and not body fat, ill lose muscle. i have no body fat to burn lol. Getting that big and thick and ripped is not natural and no matter how hard the workout it cant be done with out a steroid supplement.

    I've visible veins on both my arms and legs as well as the shoulders, abs and chest. And I definitely have a higher body fat percentage than this guy but I don't touch that stuff.
