And here I thought eggnog was just that stuff that sat beside milk in the grocery store.
I'm not a huge eggnog fan, but I think I'll give it another try this year. I've actually never had it with alcohol - I didn't even know you could until a few years ago!
Also, I love the height difference between you and Kaley!
yes, the day after halloween, the thanksgiving decorations pop up, and halfway through November (because we just can't wait) the Christmas songs start coming in full swing
I think the holidays are one huge excuse to getting hammered. I personally am more in favor of mulled wine. I also just had baked apple with loads of Rum-drenched raisins.
you're such a great mixture of contrasts sometimes. You have this beautiful feminine face and features, and delicate this and that.... and then, sometimes you have the stance of a line backer, that looks like at any wrong word you might tackle someone and knee them in the groin. Its great.
I love Christmas music!!!! I love it so much I listen to it year round.
And you can keep the eggnog. I'm not a fan. :]
I went to church camp when I was a teenager. My grandmother forced me and my sister to go, but we always ended up having fun. Even though I was friendless... Oh wait, nothing has changed! lol
Half and half when discussing dairy products is generally one part milk to one part cream. At least it is here in Canada, though I would bet it's the same in the U.S.
A buddy of mine calls it half cream? He says that's "British" but he could just be pulling the Brit part out of his hat. ;)
@editingevil yeah we have nothing like that over here, the closest thing we have related to the world half and half is a pint of half bitter and half lager.
You're not allowed to complain about being pained by Christmas music. I'm a voice major (and an atheist to boot), and this season, and it is all I get to sing. It's... it's almost too much to bear.
You really like alcohol...or this was a while ago and you changed? :P
Also, your friend is a lot shorter than you are. Like, there's a major difference, which is cute.

...Or that I have an obsession with spices ;)
And you should try eggnog at least once. It's really tasty.

Oh yeah, all kinds of awesome. But tell me, what do I make for everyone else to drink?
You don't like the holidays? It sounds like yours are lacking in devil's food cake and a trip to Walgreens for makeup shopping.
Cute boys at church camp? Praise God!

This is probably the best eggnog I've ever had in my life.
And you should see her standing next to my brother (she's 4'11, he's 6'5. It's funny)

Not being a huge fan of Christmas, making this eggnog is going to make it bearable. Thanks for the awesome recipe.
I pretty much just summed up everything you said in your video in a comment. =/

Lots of these recent recipes have been things I am not legal allowed to drink, but funny all the same. : )

ok i'm australian
so i have no frikkin idea what 'half and half' is
and how much is a quart??
maggielovesdrwho 2 years ago
half-and-half: 50/50 milk and cream (sold in prepackaged containers here in the states).
1 quart = close enough to 1 L that you shouldn't worry about it :)

ohk
thanks so much!

You'd still tower over me, I'm 5'3 I wish I liked Eggnog, but I have never had the alcoholic kind...

I clearly need to start keeping more alcohol in the house.
EricsEveryNewDay 2 years ago
wow. My hub-nut already likes egg nog w/out the liquor - he'll flip over this spiked variety.

ha ha I like your style. This time of season's music makes me angry. And alcohol always makes things better.

nerdboy32121 2 years ago

1 pint light rum
6 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
nutmeg
fumaki254 2 years ago
