Lip synching is understandable. also when they dance they might be out of breath so you'll hear them breathing half the song

Just from a practical standpoint, there's a clear and obvious reason for lipsyncing. Concerts are very loud. Audiences are very loud. Massive speakers are very loud. Singers are very quiet in comparison. For a microphone to pick up decent sound quality, it needs to be very sensitive--and if it were to pick up all of the noise then you would get a terrible feedback loop.
