  • @aspyossef2000 Everyone has a 6 pack there is just a layer of fat covering the muscle. So in order to get the six pack you have to lose that fat. Some situps, crunches, etc. will just help to tone the muscle. Also, by the way you need to do at least 20 minutes of cardio to burn fat. For the first 7-10 minutes your body enters a catabolic state then slowly makes the transtion so that it starts to burn fat.

  • @jammatdol i know all that everyone knows this info...and cardio exercises are really easy and known and doesnt need vareity...i was searching for abs exercise and this is whats the title of the video says.but i didnt find any abs workout in the video

  • Fat people who watch this kind of videos, to get a sixpack you must have low body fat percentage under 10%. You don't need any exercise to get abs it won't help if ur fat

Maybe because he is telling the truth and the actual workout looks rock solid.. even for those who can push it he gives you instructions to push yourself harder.   • just remember. No workout can outwork a bad diet. So if you eat garbage, don't expect to see that 6pack don't matter what the workout. That being said, by all means try it out and props to the dude doing this- giving tips to the community is always an act appreciated.

  • @rukarocks65 Genetics. How fortunate. However, majority of the world does not have the genetics to have one. This isn't saying that people with bad genetics can't get a 6pack. But think of it this way. If you were to give advice to someone with bad genetics to follow your routine, do you think it would work? I'm ripped as well, have my 6pack, I don't have a ridiculously strict diet, but I wasn't born with bonus genes... for the 6pack anyway. I had to work to get it. You see what I mean?

    The more intense your workouts? And the more frequent? Counting calories will be the last thing on your mind.

    High intensity workouts, 6 times a week, twice a day? = Success!
