@aspyossef2000 Everyone has a 6 pack there is just a layer of fat covering the muscle. So in order to get the six pack you have to lose that fat. Some situps, crunches, etc. will just help to tone the muscle. Also, by the way you need to do at least 20 minutes of cardio to burn fat. For the first 7-10 minutes your body enters a catabolic state then slowly makes the transtion so that it starts to burn fat.

Maybe because he is telling the truth and the actual workout looks rock solid.. even for those who can push it he gives you instructions to push yourself harder. But think of it this way. If you were to give advice to someone with bad genetics to follow your routine, do you think it would work? Dick around with calorie in calorie out all you want. All that is nullified by INTENSITY.
The more intense your workouts? And the more frequent? Counting calories will be the last thing on your mind.
