I totally agree with viper29ca ... you broke a bi-law (they were lenient with you) and got caught, pay the fine.

So let me get this straight....you can't afford to pay the fine, because you are on Social Assistance, and complain about it, and want to go all the way to jail because you can't pay the fine....

But.....

You can afford the wood, cardboard, and markers to make your protest sign, you can afford to buy your video camera and bull horn, and obviously internet to have your video uploaded here to Youtube.

Pay your fine...quit pissing people off, you broke the law, and got caught...simple as that!!
