with the two hours of sleep thing its possible, since when you sleep you only get 2 hours of "deep sleep" which is when you actually rest. if you sleep for 30 minutes every 2 hours for about 2-4 weeks your body will go into this "deep sleep" faster, almost immediately, so you will only sleep for 2 hours and get the same amount as someone who got 8.
