I live in NJ and we have a crazy law like that saying that no medical marijuana can have more than 10% THC. We have had a law for 3 years now and our big fat 440 lb Governor Chris christie who wears a size 62 pants sez "FUCK YOU to WEED" and has not implemented the law.

To answer everyones question about the ban on weed with over 15% THC.

The Dutch government has said from next year all cannabis with a over 15% THC will be made schedule 1, meaning illegal and not tolerated like now. HOWEVER it is unclear whether the government will actually do this and how they will do it is even more unclear.
