LOL of course this movie is fake, they wopuldnt show a murder from a girl that was possessed by demons in the theaters XD and every scary movie like this is fake, unless they say otherwise. Like the blair witch trial, That was all fake, if i remember correctly, it only took them 1 day to make it and very few money. So please people dont believe this! but it does give u the chills XD

I always get chills when I see this! When I saw the trailer for the 2nd one in the theater in the beginning of it you could see some of the camera lines (or whatevr you call it) on the screen and I immediately knew it was paranormal I covered my eyes but I ALWAYs peek at the screen and watch anyway! idkw I LOVE scary movies but. actual tears come to my eyes when I think about some poor girl haunted by demons from hell. not a pretty thought or sight "everything is going to be okay..." ooooo

This movie is suppost to be real but its fake because the camera follows katie when she is possesed and she walks out of the door and they wouldent put this in theatres if it was... Good movie though

The actors names are real in the movie The Actress who plays Katie, her name really is Katie, Same with Micah. Fucking imbecile.

I think this is the scarriest movie in 2009. I probably find scarier then some of you because ive seen things next to my bed. Im not even kidding, or trying to immatate the movie.

@TiALuvsYou i see things too. ive even had one of those pyschic women tell me im a magnet for paranormal shizz, and when i was younger the pictures on my walls would move, not the picture frames, but the actual people or whatever in my pictures, i had a lion king poster, and i had to take it down because scar would stare at me in the dark. but during the day scar was back to giving the death glare to simba. i swear !!this is something id NEVER joke about.

That movie, scary? I didn't even flinch, and I'm usually terrified of horror movies. I even went on my own with the intention of getting over that, and, to my disappointment, everything was predictable and didn't scare me. The only thing that the people in the commercials were screaming about was the ending, every last one of them.

but it does not have to be a "real" ghost. it's the same when ppl say they saw jesus. they probably rly saw jesus. it's even possible to provoke those visions with electric impulses in the brain.

This is a well crafted movie. It makes excellent use of sound - the deep bass is especially effective in creating psychological tension.

Don't spoil it for yourself by watching it on yt or somewhere else online.

See it at a cinema. The screams of people around you will add to the ambience.

the movie is really scary when you watch it at home, ALONE. it'll make you sleepless for days or even weeks. really, i've experienced watching one myself and it's not even that scary but i went to my mom's room to sleep.

I just saw it last night and it was such a good movie. It will literally make you jump and want to scream. I love horror movies and i thought this was just going to be another one where the camera shakes and people look scared but it was a good storyline and actually terrifying. I urge everyone to go see this film.
