This biological father began fighting custody for his son the moment he learned is wife kidnapped him. His wife took their son to Brazil for a two week vacation which turned into a five year kidnapping of this child. The mother then remarried a big time lawyer in Brazil, and died giving birth to their daughter. Then the biological father had to keep fighting the step-father because he would not give up the child he had no right to. The biological should have got his son five years ago.

You hope it whats the son wants? The son was KIDNAPPED and ILLEGALLY HELD by his CAPTORS -his mother and her evil new husband. This decision is 5 years late, but at least it was made. If the boy was brainwashed, and I'm sure he was that is sad, but the dead mother and this family that held him captive will burn in hell for what they did.
