I think he comes across better live than on the album. I was 5th row at this show, and was amazed with him and Eliza.

He's good, but he is not as good live. I think he went a bit over the top on some of the songs.

his spontaneity and improvisation is what makes his live performances great. i hate it when i go to a show and the live performance is exactly like the recording. live show should mean unpredictable and surprising. otherwise feel free to stay home and listen to the same thing over and over
