There's a lot of ways to make your character unbeatable. 100 sneaking, 100 blacksmithing, 100 enchanting, 100 twohanded... basically, many skills, if you get 100 in the and get the uber perk at the end, make the game incredibly easy. Unless you grind them, however, you probably won't get 100 until you've finished a major portion of the game. After spending 50 or so hours on a character, I personally like to have the "uber demi-god hero" option available. Daedric warhammer with 200 attack ftw?

100 smithing + a few 30% one-handed weapons and dragonscale armor will make everything in the game on master a breeze. I kill deathlords in 2 hits on master. Leveling up just makes the game easier. If you want a challenge, stop playing in that method. I do miss the continuous difficulty slider where turning it all the way up made the game impossible for anyone.

Hot key: aura whisper, throw voice, slow time and of course shadow warrior and assassins blade. Also atleast level 60 archery

you're fighting crappy enemies. What it does is makes you invisible adding sneak attack bonus and since they are weak it does the sneak assassination cutscene sort of thing. Try this on a giant or dragon see if it works

This is why I stop consciously leveling Sneak past 50 or so. Sneak breaks the game. It breaks EVERY Elder Scrolls game.

That being said, the black smoke visual effect with the Shadow Warrior perk (i.e. when you disappear and reappear) is pretty cool looking.

Still, it would get reaaaaaally boring seeing that same execution cutscene every time for every bandit.

@FallClassics No, damage differentiates from when you get it, what your smithing skill is and such. If you have, say, a Mehrunes' Razor from level 20, it won't be as strong as if you got it at level 40, despite the fact that you had it in the inventory. The base level of the item is based around when you first get the item.

@iGumbal No, no. Daedric armor has a set amount of armor and such, and will grow better with levels. However, unique items like Mehrune's Razor has a set level when acquired, and the later the level you get it, the stronger it is. Not all unique weapons are like that though. @FallClassics If you are going to be an assassin with bow and daggers, I would go for the Dark Brotherhood when you get sneak up to the "Backstab" perk. Any perks in sneak is better than any perks in any other skill imo. After that I chose light armor because I could basically one shot anything and walk right up to their face without them seing me. I realize that you wrote that a week ago so you're probably high level and got it all figured out already.

@AlexJonAir In order to perform a finisher, the target must die in one hit. People with Shadow Warrior get it very often because they get the x30 damage bonus = 1 hit kill.

With dragons, when their health is very low and the next hit kills it, it sometimes shows the animation. It's random, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. The only rules are:

- 1 hit kill

- Regular attack, NOT a power attack

- (I'm not sure about this one) Stamina must be full.

- Move forward (towards the target)
