In practice, I thought there was a phrase there was an added phrase like, fly with me...and press forward...but the transition into notes lessen the song.It reminds me of Shirley Jane Temple who once described herself as a "little girl with a broken wing".

I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. I play the piano and organ. Today, (March 1), we sang our closing hymn to this tune. It is Thy Holy Wings. It is #613 in Evangelical Lutheran Worship. 2 of the stanzas were written by Carolina Sandell Berg. 1 stanza was written by Gracia Grindal. Just thought I'd share.

This was not 1991..this was way, way, way back to pre dentist Dr. Oliphant from Chatham, Ontario that gave the rabbit teeth veneer look.
